Hi Creative Scrappers! It's a new week, and time for another great sketch!

Sketch #36:

Welcome, welcome, to our Guest Designer of the week!

My name is Debbie Danielson. I live in a small rural community with my fabulous husband of 35 years. We have 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. I am definitely a country girl.

Since childhood I have had a passion for creating and love playing with pretty papers whenever I have a chance. I love texture & dimension, and adding bits of lace, buttons and sewing to my layouts. I really don't have a defined style other than it's evolving, and I lean towards the shabby side, probably because I love antiques and all things vintage.

When I'm not scrapping, I also enjoy photography, sewing, knitting & gardening.

I've had several items published in various eZines, and will have my first print publications coming out this Spring. I was recently a featured artist on the Graphic 45 (manufacturer's) blog, and I currently design for a wonderful kit club called My Creative Scrapbook.


I am very thrilled to be an invited guest designer for Creative Scrappers!!

Hi everyone, my name is Michelle Lui and I come from a lovely country call Singapore. I am a SAHM with two lovely children aged 5 and 2. I have started scrapbooking about two years ago and now seriously addicted to this hobby and has also become part of my life. Hi my name is Amy Welch, I live in Arkansas. I am a wife and a mother. I have been scrapbooking for almost 6 years now. My Scrapbooking size is 8.5x11 ,I tend to use a lot of different things on my pages ,my most favorite product is rub ons and cardstock stickers. I love to have the layered look on my pages. Scrapbooking helps me put both my loves for art and photos together to make a piece of art for my family and me.

And like most other scrapbooking I love to shop for scrapbook supplies, something I think I spend more time shopping and organizing my supplies, more than anything.lol! I am very excited to be a part of this team!

My name is Beckie and I live in Scotland with my hubby and our two wee girls who are my inspiration daily.
I started scrapbooking in 2005 and love the creative outlet it gives me. In the evening I head to my craftroom, turn on the ipod and get busy.

I am Chiqui Gutierrez from the Philippines, married to my dearest hubby Herbert and blessed with two adorable daughters, Julia Francesca is 6 and Anneliese is 2.

I’m a Pediatrician by profession and a certified scrapaholic for about one and a half years now. Most of the time my daughters are the subject of my layouts ‘coz I want them to know even the little details of their life.

I consider myself a newbie in this wonderful hobby so I guess I’m still discovering my “style.” Handcutting, layering, & paper tearing are some of my favorite techniques. I am thrilled and honored to be part of the Design Team for Creative Scrappers!

Hi everyone! I'm Dinah from the Philippines. I've been married for 3 years and have a very active 15 month boy. I try my best managing 2 small businesses and I'm hoping one day of becoming a SAHM (so I could scrap more of course!).

I first got interested in scrapbooking in June 2007 when I was 8 months pregnant. My friends gave me an 8x8 baby album with baby pages that they had made for me. I loved it so much that I went scrap shopping the very next day! So just before giving birth, I had accumulated so much supplies already!

I still consider myself a newbie and have yet to discover my style. For now, I like to try a little of everything. I also seek inspiration wherever possible. That's why I'm so excited to be part of Creative Scrappers where there is a variety of sketches and inspiration available.

This is my first DT and I'm looking forward to work with very talented ladies as well as learn from them.

I'm Lindsey and I am just thrilled to be on the design team of my favorite scrappers' sketch site! Thanks so much for the honor of being part of such a wonderful, creative, inspiring scrap site!

I've been scrapbooking for at least 8 years now, since I redesigned my wedding planner book. I've been scrapping with sketches from week one of my first internet scrapbooking experience. I met a few new (now good and long-time!) friends on a fun Yahoo group and the first challenge I ever did with them was a sketch challenge - a Becky Higgins, to be exact - and that was almost exactly 5 years ago.

Since then, I've bounced from sketch to sketch, even creating a few of my own along the way. Sketches have always been my scrappers'-block-breaker, and C-S is my favorite place to go for them. There is just something about the closure of a finished layout from a guide, or vice versa: a finished sketch from an original layout I'd create. See, mostly I just want to play with paper and pictures. The rest, as they say, is just sketching. Happy sketching to you!

Hi, My Name is Nicole Greguric (also known as NicsNook), from Sydney Australia .
I have now been Scrapping for the last three years and it has taken my Creativity to places I never thought possible...Is it an addiction?...No just an amazing way to Create, Document and Reflect.

Hello everyone! My name is Richelle. I live in FTW, TX with my husband Jessie and our two spoiled cats. We got married November 2007. So we just celebrated our one year anniversary.

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant. Due July 17. This will be our first. I can't wait to start scrapping the little one!

I have been scrapping for over 10 years. I started at a young age. Someone I babysat for was into it and I just jumped on board! I have been addicted ever sense!

I also enjoy all sorts of crafts, anything where I can express some creativity.

I love how this hobby is becoming so big! I love meeting new people with different ideas and I love all the new products coming out. We have definitely come along way ladies!

Hello my name is Stephanie Hart.
I started scrapbooking in Feb '08, attempting a wedding album for my Sister (2 years late, ahem, but who's counting?). I really enjoyed the process and wanted to learn more, so I signed up for one of Kristine's altered album classes and was hooked!

I love getting lost in the process, hands full of paint and ink, and how one creative thought builds on another so naturally. I tell my family, its like Arts and Crafts in my basement EVERY night!

I first learned about scrapbooking in October 2000. At first, I didn’t scrap often, but in 2006, I began to scrapbook several times a week and soon became passionate about this wonderful hobby. I scrapbook because I enjoy the creative aspect, but the biggest reason I scrapbook is to leave lasting memories for my children and grandchildren. I normally include journaling on my layouts. I want to tell the stories behind the photos. Stories that future generations won’t know unless I write it down. I want to share my thought and feelings with my children and grandchildren. Sometimes it’s hard to tell my family what I’m thinking or feeling, but I can write my thoughts and include them on each layout. Most of the time I hide my journaling on a tag or behind a photo, and several times I’ve written so much that I had to put it on the back of the layout!
I am currently a Design Team member for My Creative Scrapbook, a kit club. I was recently a guest design team member for another kit club, Kraft Girl Kits. I was selected as the featured designer for the Graphic 45 manufacturer’s blog and I have had layouts published in Scrapbooking and Beyond.
