Good Morning Creative Scrappers,

Today is the last reveal for our current team members. Some will be returning but today we say goodbye and thank you to Emmy, Tajanee, and Yumiko and also to Delaina, Helen, Issa, Loredana, Mija, Irene and Monika. Thank you Ladies for your continued support and for providing our readers with tons of new ideas and inspiration.

Hi! I am April from Singapore. I am happily married to a wonderful man for almost 17 years. We are living in a cozy house with our daughter (15 years old), 2 boys (age 9 and 11) and a one-year-old red poodle. I have been working with young children for more than 14 years.

I started scrapbooking in mid 2007, and am totally addicted to it! Now I spent more on my scrapping supplies than on fashion, more time at home than at the mall, lol! I love to preserve everyday memories through this great hobby. It is a big joy to see my kids flipping through the pages and said "This was when...." or "I remember this...." and things like that. Besides doing 12"x12" layouts, I also enjoy creating tags, cards and other altered projects for my family and friends.

Two of my fave manufacturer are Cosmo Cricket and Sassafras, they have very fun products to play with! The one product that I must have is patterned paper! I am so in-love with stitching ever since my hubby bought me a sewing machine few months ago.

I love playing with sketches, as there is no right or wrong, and there can be so many ways to interpret them. Thanks Kristine for this great chance to guest design for Creative Scrappers! I am so honored and excited!

My name is Kathleen Glossop, wifey to Jas and mummy to Clay (just turned 3!). I’ve been scrapping for over 5 years now and am well and truly addicted. I’m lucky enough to have my own gorgeous scrappy space and time enough to do at least something scrap related most days. I love to create pages which will hopefully show my family how much they mean to me, with most of my layouts conveying some sort of thought or feeling rather than a document of a day.

I’m not sure what I’d call my style...freestyle perhaps? I love to use paint, sewing and strong patterns, and at the moment I’m having a love affair with orange and lime green.

Thanks so much for having me, sketches are definitely a favourite challenge of mine and I’ve had such fun taking part.

An update...

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to send you a quick message in regards to our design team call.

THANK YOU to everyone that sent in submissions and for your interest in our team. I was overwhelmed by your emails and your support in Creative Scrappers. I received over 90 plus applications and decided to expand the team to a total of 25. In this 25, 10 current members will be returning and 15 new members joining us.

All invitations to join our design team have been emailed, and I wait for a few replies before I make the announcement here on our blog.

I am sure you'll be happy with my choices and I tried to include all styles of scrapbooking and from all parts of the world.

I am sorry to disappoint those that applied and weren't invited to join us. That's one part of this design team call that I really could do without.

Thank you again, and please join me tomorrow night as I announce our new designers.

Sketch #104

My name is Christiane Müller and I'm living in Northern Germany near the Danish border not far away from the Baltic Sea. In real life I'm a nurse and working part time in a hospital.

I spent half of my life doing all sorts of crafts. My style is striking and colorful. I love all kinds and lots of embellishments. I'm hooked on doing layouts - they're mostly bilingual and I'm scrapping in 12x12. I am focused to scrap about my two teen boys and my husband. They are my most scrapped subjects. I also love to scrap every-day-pictures and funny situations. But the reason why I do scrapbooking is to capture our lifes history for my children and that's important for me. Since three years I'm teaching workshops in Germany, Denmark and Austria.

I'm feeling very honored the be featured at this GREAT sketch-blog!! Thank you so much!!

Hello Everyone! My name is Josée Gingras (Josephine on boards). I live in beautiful Montreal Canada with my husband. I'm a happy mother of three wonderful children, 2 boys and a girl! I work in business accounting and I am lucky to have my office at home.

I have been scrapbooking for a little more than 3 years now and I love to try new products but I am particularly addicted to flowers, laces, blings and pearls!
I like to scrap bright colors; green, yellow, pink and orange are my favorites and I often add a little touch of shabby on my layouts.

I am honoured to be a guest for Creative Scrappers.
