Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

How is everyone doing today? have you been browsing Manufacturers blogs for some new releases!? I must say I am wowed... i think it's going to be a great spring for scrapbooking and inspiration! So today I am sending out a challenge to you to create a layout with our sketch and use up some of those older papers.. make some room for new goodies!!!

Hello! My name is Amélie and I live in Rimouski, Quebec. I 've been married for 8 years and we have a little girl named Clara, 10 months old ! She is my principal source of inspiration! I've been scrapbooking for the past 7 years and it's my true passion! I don't know know how to describe my own scrapbook style but I like to try different things, but I guess my favorite is "Clustering"!

I love Basic Grey papers and I am also an avid fan of the Prima flowers! I usually create12X12 pages and the occasional mini album. Scrapbooking is an opportunity for me to get some quiet time even if time is missing when you are mom of a young child! But my scrapbooks will leave a beautiful heritage to my daughter!

A few years ago, I discovered a new passion... photography,. in which compliments my scrapooking!! You can certainly visit more of my work and get to know me a bit more ... come visit me ...

Sketch #140

Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

Well I can tell you that it's WINTER here on the East Coast... BRRRR.... Great weather to be sitting inside with a cup of hot chocolate and some pattern papers.

We have a great reveal with sketch 140 today and our guest is Daniela Dobson.

My name is Daniela and I live in Dallas, TX. I am married to Peter and we have a little boy, Alex, who is 3 years old. He keeps me busy and my days are filled taking care of him. I have been scrapbooking and stamping for over 7 years.

I really enjoy challenges and strive to be innovative. I love recording every day moments, especially now, with my son. I am a night owl and I stay up way too late creating. I love patterned paper and I am a collector of things, stamps in particular, they are everywhere.

Sketch #139

Good Afternoon Creative Scrappers!

Sorry for a late posting! I was at a crop yesterday from 9am until 3am!!! I was unable to post last night and this morning I had to bring Stephanie 1/2 way home! ... So it's late but it's here ;-)

The original sketch 139 was given to our dt members a while back and by mistake i emailed that sketch to Scrapbook Sussies for their Dec Sketch Challenge.... you can find that here
So this week you'll have a mixture of the original sketch and the Real sketch! ;-))
a Two for One! heee ;-)))



Hi Everyone, my name is Amanda Dovey and I live in Johannesburg, South Africa [a city somewhere in the middle of the country right at the bottom tip of Africa]. I am wife to Brett and mom to 5 gorgeous kids of the four legged variety... 3 kitties and 2 newly acquired miniature schnauzers.

By day I am a business analyst for a software company and by night I am a crafter, scrapper, baker and avid movie watcher!

My scrapbook pages are made up of bits and pieces of my life that I want to record, and reflect on one day with my family. I think the biggest reason I scrapbook is for creative release as well as quenching my insatiable thirst for hoarding products, I am convinced that 1 evening scrapbooking is worth 10 hours of therapy!!!

I don’t think I have a specific style of scrapbooking at this stage, but if I did want to put a “name” to my style it would be eclectic: a mix of various styles all rolled into one with whatever inspires me to create on the day.
