Sketch #162

Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

We have SKETCH 162 today ! We have a newly decorated blog today with a new CS logo! I hope you like ;-)

Today is also the day we say goodbye to our some of designers. I wish them all well and certainly appreciate everything they've done for Creative Scrappers!

The sketch this week is the last one from Aphra as our sketch designer. Thank you Aphra for being a great inspiration to many of our CS Readers ;-)

Hi my name is Luz Maria but everybody call me Luzma. I`m 45 years old and I`ve been married for 15 years to Rodrigo .We have a girl of 14 Bernardita (Nini) and a boy of 12 Rodrigo (Yoyo).

I began to scrap in March 2007 and now I`m addicted!!! I love sketches and playing with paper and different embellishments. I have been a designer here at creative scrappers and so happy to be back as a guest for you today.

Hi Everyone, my name is Anne Patterson and I live in Brisbane Australia. I am married to a very supportive scrap widow and I have two wonderful sons. I have been scrapping now for six years, since the birth of my first son. I love to scrap both my boys, but I also scrap for friends (to get my ‘girl’ fix). My favourite technique is stitching on my page and I LOVE doing challenges.

Hi everyone! I'm Georgia, wife to Bill, Mum to Lucy, Eliza and Archie and total scrapbooking addict! I live in the hills of Perth, Western Australia which I love - so many trees, wildlife and most of all space for the kids to run around and be kids in!

I would say my scrapbooking style and quite structured with lots of layers but also a lot of white space. I do really enjoy mixing it up though so am always having a go at different styles. I scrap what I call the moments rather than the events... you won't see me doing birthday party or Christmas layouts, rather I'll scrap about the little things, funny sayings my kids use or things which happen in everyday life. Much to my children's embarrassment , my journalling is always honest and I regularly tease my children through my layouts!


I get so much inspiration from looking at other people's layouts and I hope through Creative Scrappers I might be able to give a little bit of inspiration to others.

Creative Team!

Thank you EVERYONE who submitted for our CT Call! Your interest in Creative Scrappers is certainly encouraging and I appreciate your support xoxo Thank you ;-)

As you know I cannot accept everyone, although sometimes I would like to... so I select designers from different countries and also different scrapbook styles. If you didn't make it for this term, please try again during our next CT Call.

I am sure you'll all gain some inspiration from our new team members as all of them have a unique scrapbook style. The first reveal showcasing our new team members will be July 3rd.

Hello! My name is Lynnda Hosni. I have a son who is turning 7 this August, Matin and my DH.. Since I work full-time I really treasure every minute that I've got to spend my time with both of them! I live in Melbourne, Australia, but I grew up in Sunny Island of Singapore......

I've just started to get naughty with crafty hobby... to be exact early last year...I don't have any particular style... I may be novice, but I'm keen and I'm a very addicted scrapbooker...My style just keeps evolving... but one thing that hardly to be missed in most of my work ... is color!!...I love bright, cheery and rainbow colors..be it from paint, glimmer mist, distress ink, pp, ribbons, twine... bright cheery happy colours would definitely be my 1st choice!! I think I do better with 12x12 layouts rather than anything else!!!(LOL)...

I'm truly honoured when Kristine invited me to be guest designer for sketch #159...Thank you so much Kristine....xoxo !!!
