Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

It's Sunday morning here in New Brunswick and we're all getting ready for Hurricane Irene to blow by our city. We should be getting most of the wind and rain after 5pm ish .... hopefully everyone can be safe and out of danger from this storm system. Hugs to all of you - be safe!

My name is Anna Zaprzelska, also known as Brises. I live in Poland [Europe] with my family (my husband and one wonderful son).
I have been paper-crafting for over 3 years and now I enjoy scrapping, card-making, stamping, embossing, home décor and altered items. I love all the colours of life so I like to be creative whenever possible :)

The reason why I started scrapbooking is because I wanted to keep memories for my son. Now, I'm addicted to scrapping and enjoy creating everyday:)

Have I my own style? Who knows, I'm still looking for it, but I know for sure: I love scrapbooking! For me it is keeping moments and memories that have allowed me to combine my love for crafts and photography while documenting unique family memories, so what more could I ask for?! Papers, colours, flowers - all this things makes me so happy every day!

Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

We have SKETCH 1.7.0!! WOOHOOO it's so close to 175!
I hope you're enjoying the sunshine and beaches somewhere.... cause today I am stuck in cold damp fog! Yuck.... I guess that's what we get when we live close to the Atlantic Ocean!

We have an awesome... awesome sketch by Nicole today and our guest is from France ... Ms Helene ! Enjoy the reveal today ;-)

I am Hélène GIRARD-DESMOULINS, I am soon 27 and I live with my husband in the middle of the forest in Britain - France. I really love nature, either sea or mountain, going for long walks and taking pictures (close-up or landscapes).
I have been for nearly 2 years but I have always worked and laid out pictures in my albums. For me, to create LO allows me to live again these particular moments we've just lived, and the work and the choice of the picture is as important as the layout. I enjoy sewing or blowing on my LO, it gives lightness. I don't have a favorite color for the scrap, that comes and goes with seasons and with my feelings.

My style is clean and simple, with a little bit of freestyle and colorful touches. For me, it's a real pleasure to scrap for Creative Scrappers, and I sincerely hope you'll enjoy my LO and my scrap.

Hi, everyone!
Thank you so much for inviting me at Creative Scrappers!
I am excited and honored to be featured designer.

My name is Kaori Fujimoto. I'm 32 years old and live in Japan with my husband and three children. I worked as a veterinarian before marriage, I'm currently working on a pathology study of the animals now.

I have been scrapping since　2006, as a diary and growth record of my children. I feel happiness when I see the "diary" with my children. My scrapping style is that adds dimension to a page. I often incorporate patterned paper to cut out, various kinds of embellishments, pop-up, several colors mist and ink, on my page.

Good Morning Creative Scrappers!

We have SKETCH 168 for you today! I hope you're enjoying your summer and taking lots and lots of photos.... ;-) We have a great sketch by Elin today and our guest is from way down under ... Ms Hayley Turner! Enjoy the reveal today and hopefully you can participate !!!

Hi, my name is Hayley Turner and I am a working Mum with two adorable kidlets, Isabelle who is 5yrs and my 3yr old son, Nate. We live in Wollongong, Australia and really couldn’t think of anywhere better!!

I fell in love with scrapbooking about 5 years ago when I had my first child. I really wanted to make sure I had a way of recording all my children’s special moments and milestones so they weren’t forgotten. Now scrapbooking is so much more....it is my down-time, time for myself to relax and unwind and also my kids love to join in and do their craft time at the same time..win win situation!

Over the years I have really become addicted to sketch challenges and find they are normally always the basis of my layouts. I love embellishments, twine, pins and any other little bits and pieces and of lately inks and paints!
